Villa Colferrante is an ancient colonial property. On the ground floor is the entrance, living room with a fireplace, a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor is a living room with a fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom both shower and bathtub.

This cottage is immersed in the estate surrounded by a large garden and a panoramic terrace overlooking the beautiful setting.  Its vicinity to La Ghirlanda (approximately 1 mile/ 1 kilometer and a half) makes it easy to reach for the use of the swimming pool.

Available for a minimum of 7 nights, this property can host up to 6 people. Twice a week the housekeeper will do the cleaning and change bed sheets and towels.  Utilities are included in the price.

Bookings:

30% of the total amount to be paid at the time of booking;

Balance to be paid within 60 days of the arrival date;

For reservations that take place within 60 days of the arrival date, the balance have to be paid at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation policy:

For cancellations within 60 days of the arrival date, the deposit paid is refunded;

For cancellations within 1 month of the arrival date, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded;

For cancellations within 15 days of the arrival date, 30% of the amount paid will be refunded;

For cancellations from 15 days from the arrival date or for no-shows, no amount will be refunded.
